Great plain English guide to Twitter. I understand the idea of twitter, I follow a bunch of people on twitter, but it's never made the step into an essential app for me.

We use twitter in stops and starts here, after only bothering with it a week or so ago. it's definately about your friend's feeds (as kottke pointed out).
